№ 01 · Direct Capital · Operating Businesses

We fund
directly.
No layers.

Emunah Marketing commits its own capital to real operating businesses. Underwritten in our office, wired from our account, signed by people you can call. No brokers. No syndication. No middle layer between the file and the funder.

The Layered-Capital Problem

Most "lenders"
you meet are brokers.

The merchant-funding market runs on layers. Brokers passing your file along. ISOs collecting on the spread. Marketplaces routing applications to whichever shop bids fastest. Owners often discover, well after signature, that the people they spoke to weren't the ones writing the check.

iPricing assembled from factor rates and side fees that surface at signing — not at intake.
iiBoilerplate programs that ignore your industry, your seasonality, and your runway.
iiiA relay race of intermediaries — none of whom can speak for the funder behind them.
ivSilence after the wire — no analyst on the file, no team that knows the account.

We removed the layers.

Emunah Marketing underwrites and funds from its own balance sheet. Each file moves through one underwriter, one decision, one wire. The terms you read at intake are the terms you sign — and the terms we honor.

From Application to Wire

Three steps. One desk.

1

Apply

Fill out the application and upload your last few months of business bank statements. Five minutes of your time. No hard credit pull. No obligation. No chase.

2

Get Read

Our underwriters read the file in-house and respond with a clear offer — usually the same day. Cost, schedule, and structure are on the page before any signature.

3

Get Funded

Sign the agreement and the wire moves from our balance sheet to yours. Most files clear inside twenty-four hours of approval.

Talk to the funder.

The Method

Capital that gets read,
not assembled.

Application to wire — what working with a direct funder actually looks like, and the four working principles we hold ourselves to on every file.

i. Structure

Built around the file.

No two operations breathe at the same rhythm. We read your deposit cadence, your seasonality, and your runway before drafting a structure — then we draft the structure to fit. The template never decides the file.

Each file written for the operation, not against a script.

ii. Pace

Decisions at desk speed.

Files arrive on our underwriters' desks the day they come in. Most receive a response within hours — not after a syndication meeting, not after the file gets shopped, not next week.

Most files clear from approval to wire inside twenty-four hours.

iii. Pricing

What we quote, we wire.

The factor rate, the total payback, and the schedule sit on the page before any signature. No back-end deductions at funding. No surprise debits later. The number you read at intake is the number we honor.

Pricing is written once, signed once, held once.

iv. Continuity

One desk, end to end.

From the first call through the last debit, the file stays with the people who wrote it. No call-center handoff. No rotating reps. No introduction to a stranger after the wire clears.

A direct line — to the people who know the file.

A Note on Capital

The strongest capital relationships are written so both sides win — because we only get repaid when the operation succeeds.

Emunah Marketing was formed on a plain conviction: business owners deserve a funder with skin in the deal — not a forwarder collecting a margin between two strangers.

The Working Standard

  • Same-day decisions written by in-house underwriters.
  • One account team from approval through final payment.
  • Structures shaped to actual cash flow, not to a template.
  • A direct line to the desk that wrote the file.

Capital Programs

Five structures.
Each with a fit and a misfit.

Each program below answers a different operating reality. We name the fit and the misfit on every one — because the wrong structure costs more than no capital at all.

Standard: We point you to the structure that fits your file — and we say what it costs and how it works on day one.
01
Long-Term · Revolving

Asset-Backed
Revolving Credit

Draw against pledged collateral, repay, draw again. The lowest-cost direct structure we underwrite — written for operations with assets to pledge and clean credit history behind them.

Best For
  • 680+ FICO operating businesses
  • Real estate or equipment to pledge
  • Owners ready to graduate from short-term capital
Consider Carefully If
  • Collateral is limited or fully encumbered
02
Stability · 12–36 mo

Monthly
Payment Programs

Lower-frequency debits paired with reduced factor rates. Built for operations with predictable monthly revenue and credit profiles strong enough to step out of a daily-debit cycle.

Best For
  • Established operations with 650+ FICO
  • Businesses on monthly billing cycles
  • Companies graduating from daily-debit programs
Consider Carefully If
  • Frequent negative balance days
  • Stacked daily-payment positions
03
Flexibility · Ongoing

Revenue-Based
Financing

Payments scale with the top line — heavier in strong months, lighter in slow ones. Built to absorb the natural rhythm of cyclical and seasonal operations.

Best For
  • Seasonal or cyclical revenue
  • Service-based operations
  • Operations with uneven monthly deposits
Consider Carefully If
  • Top line is trending downward
04
Relief · Strategic

Consolidation
& Restructure

Roll multiple active positions into one manageable schedule. Cut the daily drain, raise the approval ceiling, and create the runway to grow into longer-term capital.

Best For
  • Operations with 2+ active positions
  • Owners overwhelmed by daily debits
  • Operators building toward stable, long-term capital
Not Always Available If
  • Top line has declined steeply
  • Open defaults or UCC liens
05
Speed · 3–12 mo

Short-Term
Working Capital

Direct revenue-based advance keyed to daily or weekly deposits. The fastest line we write — typically twenty-four hours from approval to wire.

Best For
  • Immediate operating needs
  • Inventory or seasonal stocking
  • Time-sensitive opportunities
  • Operations with strong daily deposit patterns
Consider Carefully If
  • Cash flow is already constrained
  • Already 50%+ over-leveraged

Qualification Tiers

What direct funding looks like
at every credit profile.

FICO is one signal in the file. Revenue, deposit pattern, and existing exposure each carry weight of their own. Below: an honest map of how the desk reads each profile.

A
Tier A · Prime

680–800 FICO · Strong Revenue · Clean History

  • Monthly payment programs at our best in-house factor rates
  • Asset-backed revolving credit eligibility
  • Lowest direct-funder pricing the desk writes
  • Highest approval ceilings available

The strongest position. Consistent deposit history unlocks the lowest pricing the desk offers.

B
Tier B · Near-Prime

600–679 FICO · Moderate Revenue

  • Monthly payment structures available with strong revenue
  • Factor rates beginning at 1.17
  • Hybrid bi-weekly payment schedules
  • Consolidation structures may apply

Strong deposit patterns offset credit gaps. Our underwriting weights cash flow heavily here.

C
Tier C · Cash-Flow Driven

Below 600 FICO · Deposit-Driven Approval

  • Weekly payment structures
  • Daily payment structures
  • Approval keyed to deposit volume and frequency
  • Monthly programs are not written at this profile

The desk structures conservatively at this profile — only what your deposits can carry. We pass on files that don't make sense.

Note FICO is one signal — not the file. Tier A begins at 680, Tier B covers 600–679, Tier C runs below 600. Final approval reads against average monthly deposits, deposit frequency, count of negative days, and existing exposure. A 670 file with weak deposits often qualifies for less than a 610 file with strong, consistent flow. The desk reads all of it before pricing the file.
The Full Read

What the desk evaluates.

01

Average Monthly Deposits

The starting line for every file. The desk typically structures between 75% and 150% of monthly deposits, depending on tier and program.

02

Deposit Frequency

How often the money lands counts as much as how much. Steady daily deposits read healthier than sporadic large ones.

03

Negative Days

Days closing in the red are a real flag. More than five to seven a month sharply reduces both options and approval ceiling.

04

Existing Positions

Active advances cap what the desk will write. Heavy stacking is the quickest way to limit options and raise risk.

05

FICO & Credit Profile

Personal credit shapes program access and pricing — though strong revenue and deposit patterns can offset lower scores.

06

Approval Ceiling

The maximum the desk will write given everything combined. Calculated before structuring, so the file is never over-leveraged on day one.

Common Questions

Plain answers.
No fine print.

No sales script. No sleight of hand. Below: what working with a direct funder actually looks like, in the words we'd use across a desk.

01What makes Emunah Marketing different?+
The desk underwrites and funds from its own balance sheet. You see the full cost before any signature, you speak with the same team from intake to final payment, and the answer to every funding question comes from the desk — not from a partner the file was forwarded to.
02How quickly can the file fund?+
Most files receive a same-day decision. Once countersigned, the wire typically lands within twenty-four hours. The process is engineered for the speed an operating business actually needs.
03What does it cost? Are there hidden fees?+
No hidden fees. The factor rate, total payback, and full schedule sit on the page before signature. The price quoted is the price wired against. Transparency on day one is how the desk builds files that pay back.
04What is required to apply?+
A short application and your most recent three months of business bank statements. That's the start. No hard credit pull at intake. The desk may request additional documentation depending on program and amount, and will always say exactly what's needed.
05What if the operation already carries positions?+
The desk works with stacked files regularly. Depending on revenue, deposits, and current exposure, positions can sometimes be consolidated into a single schedule — or new capital written alongside what's there. The desk reads the full picture and offers honest options.
06Can the desk help us move toward longer-term financing?+
Yes. Many files begin in short-term capital and graduate to monthly programs or asset-backed revolving credit. The desk maps a path from where the operation sits to where it's headed — and says clearly what it takes to get there.
07What are the minimum qualifications?+
Generally six months in operation, $15,000+ in monthly revenue, and an active business bank account. FICO matters but isn't everything — strong deposits and consistent revenue absorb a great deal. Apply and the desk will tell you exactly where the file stands.
08Who is on the file after funding?+
The same team that wrote the file. The desk doesn't vanish after the wire clears. There's a direct line to the people managing the account for renewals, questions, or anything else that arises. One number, one team.

What We Don't Do

Direct Funder · Not a Referral Source

Emunah Marketing funds revenue-based and merchant cash advance products from its own balance sheet. We don't broker SBA loans, we don't refer files to bank lenders, and we don't shop your application to third parties. If your operation needs a bank product, your bank is the right call — not us.

Our products are commercial financing transactions, not consumer loans. We do not hold a lending license and do not need one for these products.
